InstaSLA processes account data, organization membership data, GitHub security alert metadata, remediation workflow records, support requests, billing identifiers, and limited analytics data.
Data is used to provide the service, secure accounts, sync alert metadata, calculate SLA status, send transactional email, process billing, respond to support, and improve public website performance.
Operational records are retained while an account is active. Deleted account and organization data is removed or anonymized within a commercially reasonable period unless retention is required for security, billing, legal, or audit reasons.
Privacy requests should be sent to support@instasla.com. InstaSLA does not list a public physical mailing address at this time.
